Had a great meal the other night before attending a concert at the Sphere. It's well located within the Venetian for going to the Sphere (quite close to the main walkway there). The service was crisp and professional. And the food was great. Perfectly cooked bone-in ribeye that they let us split.

LOCATED: inside the Venetian Hotel SERVICE (5/5): always filled my wine glass. Quickly removed any empty plates, brought the food very quick & gave us a to go cup for our drinks we didn't finish. FOOD (5/5): They start you off with a tiny popover (puffed airy bread) with butter. MKT DOZEN OYSTERS: served with horseradish, cocktail sauce & a vinaigrette. Simple, but oh so delicious. $16 TRUFFLE PARMESAN CHIPS: such a great starter! Just order them you won't be sorry. Freshly fried potato chips covered in Parmesan, truffle oil & green onions. $210 JAPANESE WAYGU RIBEYE (6 oz): this was the juiciest, most tender, and flavorful meat ever! I'm glad we choose the ribeye instead of the filet. $16 CHARRED BRUSSELS SPROUTS: crispy with a honey mustard sauce. $18 CREAMED CORN GRATIN: this was OK. Still very yummy! $15 BANANA CREAM PIE: so many layers of fresh banana! I don't usually love pie, but this was delicious. Perfect ratio of bananas & cream. AMBIANCE (4/5): Fancy. Fine dining. White table cloths. A classy evening. OVERALL (5/5): the food is so good here! I loved everything we ordered. I eat here every time I visit.

I came here with a few friends and family after checking out of our hotel room. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our suitcases in the front of the restaurant and the room was pretty spacious. Since I came here with some family, I was able to taste a good portion of their lunch menu and everything was delicious. Not only was the food good but they also have a 3 course meal deal where you can get an appetizer, entree, and a dessert for $50. I will definitely be back!

Nice quiet restaurant for lunch. We were surprised it wasn't busy on a Friday afternoon. We wanted a lighter lunch so we shared the prefixed lunch menu . ( choice of appetizers, main and dessert) Wedge salad , cheese burger , banana pie adding parmesan truffle potato chips. The staff was so accommodating they split the salad for us before arriving to our table. Salad was fresh and tasty, good burger, truffle chips too oily and yummy dessert .

Located in The Venetian hotel. Reservation: via open table Restroom: men and women restrooms inside the restaurant all the way in the back thru the hall way. Ambiance: classy setting. Service: 6 stars!! Very friendly, attentive all around from hosts, servers. And example: a table next to us just arrived, apparently there's something in their butter that comes with the complimentary Popover bread, the server came right away and apologize. Within seconds, the manager came as well and apologize. That's I called 6 stars Service. Complimentary: Popover bread and butter. They even give us another one. We ordered: Bone in bacon - more like ribs, moist and great flavor. Tomato salad - very refreshing Bone in ribeye - 20oz including Bone, medium, a little fatty, which is normal. Very nice. Lobster mac n cheese - the macaroni pasta bigger than normal, big chucks of Lobster meat, cheesy. Asparagus- cook to perfection. Tropical wintering cocktail H.I.M cocktail The reason I gave this restaurant 5 stars is because restaurant is not just about the food, but it has to carry the whole weight of the host, service, food, ambiance and cleanliness. Delmonico is definitely got my vote!! Congratulations!!

Incredible! All the gold stars--10/10. What an elegant and beautiful restaurant. I made a reservation for four in advance, upon arrival, we were seated in a tucked-away area that we weren't thrilled about. We requested to be moved outside to the more "open indoor space", as we wanted to converse comfortably. The original seating area almost felt like a library! Once we were re-seated, we had an excellent waiter. Our experience was wonderful. The food, service, and overall ambiance were genuinely great. Items ordered: Seafood tower Deviled eggs Steak tartare And a variety of their steaks. Everything was perfect.
